Thank You Braums

Braums isn’t supposed to let you get grocery items in the drive thru anymore, but I had Eli with me today and we’re completely out of milk so I went to the drive thru and asked. The lady said no, but then came back and said pull up. It took awhile because they had to go ring it up on the grocery register come get my money go back get my change and the milk, but they did it for me. I was so thankful because it would have been a chore to get in and out of Braums with an infant and 2 gallons of milk! I love Braums milk because it doesn’t have hormones or antibiotics and it costs about the same as regular milk. They also concentrate their lower fat content milks so they taste richer and have more calcium and protein! THANK YOU BRAUMS!
Toilet Paper Roll Binoculars

You need:
2 toilet paper rolls
paint
glue
glitter
pipe cleaners
First let your child decorate the toilet paper rolls with paint, stickers, etc. Let that dry, they can paint a picture for grandma while you wait. Next poke holes in the rolls about an inch back and thread the pipe cleaners through. Bend the pipe cleaners around the end of the rolls and back to secure in between the rolls (behind where you threaded them thru) – this will prevent scraping their noses with the pipe cleaner when they’re looking thru. Last write their name in glue and let them sprinkle glitter on top. My daughter LOVED this craft, and likes playing with it too! It’s also ‘green’ because you are reusing something! If your city recycles cardboard when you’re done with it you can recycle it!

I have a Mr Coffee coffee maker, and I’ve had it around a year. Well, I haven’t been able to have a decent cup of coffee for most of that year because it tastes like plastic. I contacted customer support and they told me how to run the cleaning cycle, which I’ve done several times. I told them I’ve done that and it doesn’t help. I got an email this morning that they are sending me the newer model of the coffee maker I have and it will arrive at my house in about 2 weeks! I am SO excited. This wasn’t a cheap coffee maker so I was pretty upset that it makes nasty coffee. THANK YOU SUNBEAM! And thank you to Money Savings Mom who said it never hurts to contact a company when their products are less than satisfactory. I contacted Energizer about an 8 pk of batteries that was bad and received a coupon for 10$/1 earlier this week. That means I’ve saved around 50$ by letting the companies I like, know that I wasn’t happy!
